Pricing questions
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?+
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you like — changes take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Your account records can be exported or deleted under your plan and privacy settings.
What happens when I hit my plan's account limit?+
Nothing breaks. Every terminal you already connected keeps streaming — you just can't add another until you upgrade. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated, so the new slot is live the moment you need it.
What does annual billing save me?+
Annual plans are billed once a year at ten months' rate — about two months free. Starter works out to $16.66/mo, Pro to $41.66/mo, and Max to $83.33/mo. The separate Ultra bundle is $1,590/year, equivalent to $132.50/mo.
How does xTriel Copier pricing work?+
xTriel Copier can be purchased separately from monitoring. Basic ($29/mo), Pro ($59/mo), and Max ($99/mo) unlock route configuration, the EA download, and live follower execution. Active Pro or Max monitoring subscribers can start checkout from the authenticated Copier dashboard for subscriber prices of $23, $47, or $79/mo. Connected leader and follower terminals still use monitoring account slots. The Ultra bundle combines Max monitoring + Copier Max for $159/mo. See the Copier page for full details.
Is my MT5 data safe?+
The Reporter EA sends read-only telemetry to xTriel. We never ask for broker passwords or take custody of funds. If you add Copier, its EA executes orders locally inside the MT5 terminals you configure.
What happens on the Free tier's ads?+
Free is the monitoring product for one account, supported by unobtrusive ads. Every paid tier — Starter, Pro and Max — is completely ad-free and unlocks paid xTracker and xAlmanac workflows.
Do I need to keep my PC running?+
