Risk Disclosure

Trading and automated copy trading can cause substantial losses, including losses greater than your initial deposit where leverage or broker rules allow it.

Last updated: July 6, 2026

Do not trade money you cannot afford to lose. Do not enable live copying until you have tested your route, broker symbols, lot sizing, stop behavior, and emergency rules on demo or minimum size.

1. Market and Leverage Risk

Forex, CFDs, futures, crypto, equities, and other leveraged or speculative products can move quickly and unpredictably. Leverage magnifies gains and losses. Spreads can widen, liquidity can disappear, prices can gap, and orders can fill at worse prices than expected.

Stop-loss orders, take-profit orders, trailing stops, alerts, dashboards, and emergency rules are risk tools, not guarantees. A broker may reject, delay, re-quote, partially fill, or execute orders at different prices.

2. Copier Risk

xTriel Copier automates parts of your workflow. Automation can amplify both good and bad settings. Risks include:

  • Copying the wrong leader, follower, account, symbol, direction, lot size, or route.
  • Symbol mismatch, suffix/prefix mismatch, different contract specifications, or different broker trading hours.
  • Latency between leader events, xTriel routing, follower polling, MT5 execution, and broker confirmation.
  • Order rejection because of margin, minimum distance, market closed, price moved, volume limits, hedging/netting rules, FIFO, or broker policy.
  • Partial fills, missed closes, duplicate prevention behavior, stale terminal state, VPS outages, internet outages, computer sleep, MT5 crashes, EA removal, WebRequest misconfiguration, or token mistakes.
  • Emergency close-all, equity stops, profit-close rules, filters, and max-order limits failing or firing later than expected due to platform, network, broker, or configuration conditions.

You are responsible for checking every route and every connected account before live use. Use minimum size first, watch the first trades, and keep independent broker-side risk controls where available.

3. Alerts and Monitoring Risk

xTriel alerts depend on data arriving from your terminal, server processing, third-party notification providers, your device, and network availability. Alerts can be delayed, suppressed, duplicated, missed, or wrong. Do not rely on xTriel alerts as your only risk control.

4. Public Data and Past Performance

Public profiles, public share pages, community posts, copied strategies, screenshots, and historical performance are not guarantees of future results. Trading records can be incomplete, delayed, simulated, selective, affected by deposits/withdrawals, or shown under privacy settings chosen by the account owner.

5. No Suitability Review

xTriel does not know your full financial situation, trading experience, legal restrictions, tax status, broker rules, or risk tolerance. xTriel does not determine whether a strategy, copied route, account size, leverage level, product, or trade is suitable for you.

6. Your Responsibility

Before using xTriel with live trading, you should understand the products you trade, your broker's rules, your strategy, your maximum loss, your automation settings, and how to stop the system. You should monitor live automation and be prepared to intervene manually in MT5 or at your broker.
