Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to xTriel, including the dashboard, xTracker, xAlmanac, alerts, public share pages, community features, subscriptions, and xTriel Copier.
1. The Service
xTriel provides trading analytics, monitoring, alerts, journal and profile tools, community features, and a non-custodial MT5 copier bridge. xTriel is software. xTriel is not a broker, exchange, dealer, investment adviser, signal provider, money manager, custodian, or fiduciary.
You are responsible for your own trading decisions, broker relationship, account security, strategy selection, order sizing, automation settings, copier routes, and compliance with rules that apply to you.
2. Accounts and Security
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your xTriel account, API tokens, ingest tokens, and connected terminals.
Do not share broker passwords, private keys, or account credentials in xTriel, community posts, support messages, or public profile/share pages. xTriel does not need your broker login password to operate the MT5 reporting or copier bridge.
3. xTriel Copier
xTriel Copier is non-custodial bridge software. Leader terminals send trade events to xTriel, and follower terminals poll xTriel for commands. Orders are ultimately placed by the Expert Advisor running inside your own MT5 terminal and broker account.
You control which terminals are linked, which routes are enabled, which accounts are copied, sizing rules, filters, stop and take-profit behavior, emergency rules, and whether a follower is eligible for live execution. You must test every copier setup on demo or minimum size before relying on it.
xTriel does not guarantee that any copied command will be accepted, filled, modified, closed, or cancelled. Broker rules, market conditions, latency, symbol differences, margin, trading hours, slippage, stop-distance rules, platform state, network outages, and user settings can affect execution.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
Paid plans and copier plans are billed through Stripe. Subscription prices, plan limits, and included features are shown at checkout or on the pricing page. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
You can manage payment methods, invoices, and cancellation through the billing portal when available from your xTriel profile. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges. Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse xTriel, including by attempting to bypass authentication, rate limits, entitlement gates, billing, or security controls; uploading malicious content; scraping or overloading the service; using xTriel to violate broker, exchange, platform, or legal restrictions; or posting unlawful, misleading, abusive, or infringing community content.
We may suspend or restrict accounts, routes, tokens, public pages, community posts, or subscriptions where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, security risk, nonpayment, legal risk, or harm to xTriel or other users.
6. Your Data and Content
You retain rights in the trading data, account labels, public profile content, community posts, and other content you submit. You grant xTriel permission to host, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service, provide support, secure the platform, and honor your sharing settings.
You are responsible for content you publish or share. Public share pages and public profiles may reveal trading data you choose to expose. Review share settings before sending links to anyone.
7. Availability and Changes
We work to keep xTriel reliable, but the service may be interrupted, delayed, changed, degraded, or unavailable. We may modify, add, remove, or limit features, including beta features, plan limits, and copier behavior, as the product evolves.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, xTriel is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We do not guarantee profits, uninterrupted access, error-free operation, data completeness, alert delivery, copier execution, or trading outcomes.
Trading involves substantial risk. Read the Risk Disclosure and Not Financial Advice notice before using xTriel for any trading workflow.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, xTriel and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, including trading losses, missed trades, copier execution errors, data loss, missed alerts, broker rejection, downtime, or market events.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to xTriel for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100 if you did not pay during that period.
