Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information xTriel collects, why we use it, who helps us process it, and the choices you have.

Last updated: July 6, 2026

xTriel does not need or store your broker login password. The MT5 bridge uses your xTriel ingest token and sends telemetry or copier events that you configure.

2. How We Use Information

  • Operate the dashboard, xTracker, xAlmanac, alerts, copier routes, and community features.
  • Authenticate users, secure accounts, prevent abuse, detect suspicious activity, and enforce plan limits.
  • Process subscriptions, invoices, renewals, cancellations, and plan entitlements.
  • Deliver emails, push notifications, Telegram alerts, and support responses you request or configure.
  • Debug errors, improve reliability, measure product usage, and develop new features.
  • Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our Terms.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell broker credentials. We do not sell your trading account data. We share information only as needed to operate xTriel, including with:

  • Stripe for checkout, subscription billing, invoices, and the billing portal.
  • Email providers for verification, password reset, support, and account notifications.
  • Hosting, database, logging, and infrastructure providers that run and secure the service.
  • Google Analytics or advertising tools where enabled, to understand product usage and support marketing.
  • Apple, browser, Telegram, or similar notification providers only when you configure those integrations.
  • Public viewers when you intentionally publish community posts, share pages, public profiles, or copy-route share links.
  • Legal, safety, or compliance recipients if required by law, court order, valid process, or to protect rights, safety, security, and service integrity.

4. Cookies and Analytics

xTriel uses cookies and similar storage for login sessions, trusted devices, preferences, security, and product behavior. Optional analytics and advertising storage is disabled until you make a consent choice. That choice is remembered for up to 180 days in first-party storage shared across xtriel.com subdomains, and you can change it at any time through Privacy choices. Browser settings can block some cookies, but blocking required session cookies may prevent login or app functionality.

5. Retention

We retain information while your account is active and as needed for service operation, security, backups, billing records, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and legitimate business purposes. You may request deletion, but some records may be retained where required or permitted by law, for fraud prevention, billing, security, or backup integrity.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You can update profile settings, public sharing settings, alert settings, and connected terminal settings inside xTriel. You can cancel subscriptions through the billing portal where available.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict certain personal information, or to opt out of certain sale/share or targeted advertising uses. California residents may have CCPA/CPRA rights including know, delete, correct, opt out of sale/share, limit sensitive information uses, and non-discrimination. EU/UK residents may have GDPR-style rights including access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, and withdrawal of consent where processing is consent-based.

To make a privacy request, email support@xtriel.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

7. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect the service, including hashed passwords, session protections, rate limits, access controls, and operational monitoring. No internet service is completely secure. Keep your xTriel account, email account, broker account, MT5 terminals, VPS, API tokens, and devices protected.

8. Children

xTriel is not directed to children under 13 and is not intended for minors. Do not use xTriel if you are not legally allowed to enter into these Terms or trade under the rules that apply to you.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as xTriel changes. The "Last updated" date shows when the latest version took effect. Material changes may be announced in-app, by email, or by posting a revised policy.
