xTriel ("we", "us") provides software for monitoring MetaTrader 5 trading accounts. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We design xTriel to keep your trading data yours.

Information we collect

• Account data you provide: name, email, and authentication credentials.
• Trading telemetry streamed from your MT5 terminals (balances, equity, positions, drawdown) that you connect to xTriel.
• Usage and device data: pages viewed, feature usage, and standard log/diagnostic data.
• Billing data handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card details.

How we use it

• To operate the dashboard, alerts, and performance features you use.
• To send the risk/Telegram notifications you configure.
• To process subscriptions and prevent abuse.
• On the ad-supported Free tier, to serve advertising; paid tiers are ad-free.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run xTriel (e.g. hosting, payments via Stripe, messaging via Telegram when you enable it), or when required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention & security

We retain data per your subscription tier and delete it on request. We use industry-standard safeguards; no method is perfectly secure.

Your rights
