Refund Policy
This policy explains how xTriel handles subscriptions, cancellations, renewals, and refund requests.
1. Subscriptions and Renewal
xTriel subscriptions are billed by Stripe in advance on the interval shown at checkout, usually monthly or yearly. Unless a checkout page says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Taxes, payment processor fees, currency conversion, bank fees, or card issuer charges may apply depending on your payment method and location.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription through the Stripe billing portal when available from your xTriel profile, or by contacting support@xtriel.com. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period unless required by law or stated otherwise.
Deleting an EA, disconnecting a terminal, disabling a route, or not using the service does not automatically cancel your Stripe subscription.
3. Refund Requests
Except where required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable once charged. xTriel may, at its discretion, approve a courtesy refund for a first-time subscription if:
- You request it within 14 days of the initial charge.
- The request is for the first purchase of that product or plan.
- The account has not materially used live copier execution, exported substantial data, abused the service, violated the Terms, or created unusual support/security cost.
Renewals, plan upgrades, discounted purchases, partial months, unused time, and accounts suspended for abuse are generally not refundable unless required by law.
4. Copier and Trading Outcomes
xTriel sells software access, not trading results. Fees are not refunded because a trade lost money, a strategy underperformed, a broker rejected an order, a stop or take-profit behaved differently than expected, a market moved during latency, a route was misconfigured, or a user copied the wrong leader/follower.
Always test on demo or minimum size before live use. Read the Risk Disclosure before enabling live copier routes.
5. Billing Problems and Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@xtriel.com first so we can investigate quickly. Chargebacks may result in subscription interruption, account restriction, or loss of access while the dispute is pending.
6. Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights or refund rights that apply under local law. Where local law gives you a stronger right, that right controls.
