Refund Policy
This policy explains how xTriel handles subscriptions, cancellations, renewals, and refund requests.
1. Subscriptions and Renewal
xTriel subscriptions are billed by Stripe in advance on the interval shown at checkout, usually monthly or yearly. Unless a checkout page says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Taxes, payment processor fees, currency conversion, bank fees, or card issuer charges may apply depending on your payment method and location.
2. Cancellation
- Sign in to xTriel Billing, also available from Profile → Manage plan.
- Choose Cancel subscription, review the access end date, and confirm.
- Check that Billing shows cancellation at the end of your paid period. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; it does not automatically refund earlier payments.
If Billing asks you to verify an earlier purchase, choose Verify billing email with Stripe. Enter the email used at checkout, then open the secure sign-in link Stripe emails you. You can cancel renewal from that portal. If a subscription is missing or you cannot complete cancellation, use Get cancellation help or email support below.
Monitoring and a Copier add-on share one subscription. Cancelling the subscription stops renewal of both. To remove only Copier, choose No add-on in Billing and confirm the plan change for renewal. Ultra includes Copier Max; choose a monitoring-only plan to remove its bundled Copier access.
You can also cancel through the Stripe billing portal where available. If you cannot sign in, cannot find a charge, or have older subscriptions on separate billing records, contact support@xtriel.com. Include your account email and invoice number so we can identify the correct subscription. Access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period unless required by law or stated otherwise.
Deleting an EA, disconnecting a terminal, disabling a route, or not using the service does not automatically cancel your Stripe subscription.
3. Refund Requests
To request a refund, email support@xtriel.com with the subject Subscription refund request. Include:
- Your xTriel account email and, if different, the billing email.
- The invoice or receipt number, charge date, amount, and currency.
- The plan name and your reason for requesting a refund. Mention any duplicate or overlapping charge.
Never send your password or full payment-card details. Support will review the request and explain the outcome. A refund request does not cancel renewal; cancel separately using the steps above if you do not want to renew.
Except where required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable once charged. xTriel may, at its discretion, approve a courtesy refund for a first-time subscription if:
- You request it within 14 days of the initial charge.
- The request is for the first purchase of that product or plan.
- The account has not materially used live copier execution, exported substantial data, abused the service, violated the Terms, or created unusual support/security cost.
Renewals, plan upgrades, discounted purchases, partial months, unused time, and accounts suspended for abuse are generally not refundable unless required by law.
4. Copier and Trading Outcomes
xTriel sells software access, not trading results. Fees are not refunded because a trade lost money, a strategy underperformed, a broker rejected an order, a stop or take-profit behaved differently than expected, a market moved during latency, a route was misconfigured, or a user copied the wrong leader/follower.
Always test on demo or minimum size before live use. Read the Risk Disclosure before enabling live copier routes.
5. Billing Problems and Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@xtriel.com first so we can investigate quickly. Chargebacks may result in subscription interruption, account restriction, or loss of access while the dispute is pending.
6. Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights or refund rights that apply under local law. Where local law gives you a stronger right, that right controls.
