Free tier
The Free tier is ad-supported and costs nothing — no payment, nothing to refund. Try xTriel free for as long as you like before upgrading.
Paid plans
Pro and Max are billed monthly in advance. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund of that charge.
Renewals
- Cancel anytime from your account settings; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
- Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but reach out if something went wrong — we're reasonable.
How to request
Email billing@xtriel.com from your account email with your order details. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
