Can I change plans or cancel anytime?+
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you like — changes take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Your self-hosted data is never locked in.
What does annual billing save me?+
Annual plans are billed once a year at ten months' rate — about two months free. Starter works out to $16.66/mo, Pro to $41.66/mo, and Max to $83.33/mo.
Is my MT5 data safe?+
Your telemetry streams to your own xTriel instance and stays on your server. We never take custody of your trades, credentials or account values — it's self-hosted by design.
What happens on the Free tier's ads?+
Free is the full product for one account, supported by unobtrusive ads. Every paid tier — Starter, Pro and Max — is completely ad-free.
Do I need to keep my PC running?+
